Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and deliverables created by RX Growth Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
RX Growth Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
